Cancellation Policy:

We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. Out of respect for our technician’s time, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or reservation change. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost if the time can not be filled from our waiting list. Any abuses of this policy may result in the need to secure your appointment with a credit card.

Salon Policy:

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have a spa appointment, please plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to the appointment so that you can begin your relaxation process with a complimentary wellness treatment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and may decrease the therapeutic effects for you. All reservations will end at their scheduled time so as not to delay the next guest.
